These SMS/MMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) apply to all text messages sent by or on behalf of True Pro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through 10DLC (10‑digit long code) messaging.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us and to these Messaging Terms.
1. Program Description
We use SMS/MMS messaging to communicate with customers and prospects regarding, which may include but are not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and notifications
- Account-related messages
- Billing and payment notifications
